Note: I really need a camcorder right now to record all these lectures. Do you have any idea on any good camcorder? I prefer with DVD camcorder. Right now I'm considering Sony Handycam DCR-DVD108 DVD Camcorder, the price is around $360++. Please let me know if you think there is any good DVD camcorder around $300 - $400.

Assalamu'alaikum.

Please bear with my bad English. I'm also currently reviewing for some camcorders, but with different requirement. For your purpose you can use tripod to record the lecturers. So, I think you can get a much cheaper camcoders compared to the one you suggest.

These are URLs that you can try out:-
1. http://digitalmedianet.shopping.com/xPP-camcorders--price_range_200_300-%3Edvd%5Eor~S-2~OR-0#stt
- to find your camcorders

2. http://www.camcorderinfo.com/
- to read review

3. http://www.slashcam.com/
- Also to find your camcorders. But the price list might not be updated though.

I think if you good enough, you can get a cheap HD (High Definition) out there.
