Ahlan wa Sahlan Shaykh Dr. Reda Bedeir!
Alhamdulillah, after almost 23 hours of flight from Edmonton, Canada to Kuala Lumpur, Shaykh Dr. Reda Bedeir has arrived safely at noon on Tuesday, 14 June 2011.
It was a very smooth journey, alhamdulillah - from the beginning till we checked in to the hotel. Alhamdulillah, indeed a very good sign from Allah.
Shaykh Dr. Reda Bedeir is in Malaysia to teach The Eternal Journey: Tafsir Juz Tabaarak seminar on June 17-19 & 25-26, 2011 at Taylors University Lakeside Campus, Selangor, Malaysia.
Ps: A night before Shaykh Dr. Reda arrived in Kuala Lumpur, I called my mum just want to ask du'a from her. I asked my mum to forgive me for any sin that I have done to her, to pray for me & the successful of Eternal Journey seminar.
Masha'Allah tabaarak Allah - I felt so calm yesterday, and everything was so smooth, from Dr. Reda flights to immigration, then Dhuhr prayer at Masjid KLIA, to the road conditions - no traffic, to hotel check in, to dinner! A du'a from your mother is a mustajab!
Alhamdulillah - this is indeed a good sign from Allah 'azza wajall. Allahumma lakal hamd!

So what do you think about Dr. Reda Bedeir? hehe. He's a professor at UoA. First time I met him was when I attended a conference organized jointly by MSA UoA, Qabeelat Falaah, and some other Islamic organizations in Edmonton. He got a very unique style in delivering his speeches. You can't stop your ears from listening to him. Make full use of your time with him and make sure you 'squeeze out' all the knowledge you can possibly get from him.
